An instinct,
not a plan.

Nakkashan is shaped by an architectural eye — structure, posture, and craft, made wearable.

Every piece begins as an instinct, not a plan. The form stays clean and sculptural on its own. Some pieces are left exactly there. Others carry hand-placed glass beadwork, worked bead by bead, until the flow feels complete.

No two pieces are ever quite the same.

02 — The Craft

The right
stays quiet.

Only the left shoulder and sleeve carry the beading. The right stays quiet — the way negative space holds a composition together.

Every bead is placed by hand, one at a time. No stencil, no fixed pattern. Hours, sometimes days, depending on how dense the beading gets. There is no shortcut for it — no machine replicates this kind of patience.

Every jacket, regardless of design, is finished entirely by hand — every edge hand-closed, never overlocked, never machine-bound.
